Thank you for being a member of Concho Educators Federal Credit Union. As a valued member of CEFCU, we want to inform you of an upcoming change.

Due to the continued increases in operational costs associated with our Scorecard Rewards® Program, after much careful thought and analysis, Concho Educators has made the decision to end this program with an effective date of August 31, 2021.

In order to make this transition as smooth as possible, we ask that you please log into your Scorecard Rewards® account and redeem your points for the merchandise available to you. You may visit either of the following websites to redeem your reward points.

As another option to you, we are offering a one-time cash redemption option for all Scorecard Rewards® Members. The redemption value will be at the rate of $5.00 per 1,000 points redeemed.  If you would like to take advantage of this option, please complete the attached form and return to us by August 15, 2021. You can also visit our website at www.conchoeducators.org/redeem.html and complete the online form. Please allow 5 business days for the cash redemption to be deposited to your credit union account.
